Monmouth Surgical’s improved range of Nitinol Expanding Biliary Stent Kits offer exceptional value for money. They are supplied sterile and pre-loaded into the application set meaning they are ready to use. The stents are manufactured from Nitinol meaning their shape is retained whilst the radio opaque markers ensure that they are easily positioned into the bile duct.
To make positioning even easier, the stent can be partially deployed and then repositioned, making accurate placement even simpler.
The new braided sheath means that there is no stretching whilst deploying the stent and the clear distal sheath end means that the un-deployed end of the stent can clearly be seen at all times through the endoscope, making exact placement certain. Each stent kit is supplied with it’s own application set measuring 180cm long and accepting a standard .035” guide wire.
