All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT
In order for us to keep our prices to a minimum, the following terms and conditions apply for all orders:
Delivery charges will be applied to each order as follows:
UK - £15.00 per order
Europe & Rest of World – price on application
All orders from non-government institutions or non-account holders must be accompanied with payment in full. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or VISA/MASTERCARD. Please note payment by credit card attracts a surcharge of 2%.
Dispatch – stock items: Goods will typically be dispatched on the same day of ordering provided the order is received by 2:30pm. If items are out of stock delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our deliveries are always sent for next-day delivery. Should a specific timed delivery be required, this can be accommodated at extra cost.
Dispatch – non stock items: Goods will be dispatched typically within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once the goods have been received to our warehouse, they are checked and shipped the same day for next-day delivery. Should a specific timed delivery be required, this can be accommodated at extra cost.
Goods ordered in error and returned will be subject to a re-stocking charge.
We reserve the right to vary our pricing and product range. Customers will be informed of any variations to products or prices prior to acceptance of an official order.
